Amandeep Singh: Partner, [CPA, CGA, MBA, CA(INDIA), MCOM, PGDIA], has more than 15 years of diverse experience in accounting; assurance; finance and taxation in Canada and abroad. Growing up in an Accounting family, he developed a keen interest in accounting and business at an early age, which propelled him to earn a distinction in Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a gold medal in Master of Commerce.
After being designated as CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011, his quest for international education, bought him to Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops, Canada where he earned his PGDIA. He attained his professional CPA-CGA designation in 2015.
Over the last half a decade in Canada, while gaining experience in diverse industries, he has realised that businesses which take advantage of cloud technology - particularly cloud accounting software to add significant value addition to their business, will be the leaders in their field and in their industry. This analysis coupled with his love for disruptive technologies laid the foundation of Cloudiverse CPAs Inc whose CPAs are passionate in assisting small or start-up businesses in diverse industries to improve the connection between business' financial systems and the decision-making process.

Ling Liu: Partner, (CPA, CGA, BBA)-After graduating from Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops, BC with BBA degree, Ling decided to pursue her passion for helping small businesses by joining a medium-size CPA practice firm for several years in Williams Lake, BC, where she gained valuable experience in advising clients from small to medium enterprises in a broad range of industries. After that, she accepted the position of Senior Corporate Accountant in a renowned lodging company in the lower mainland, where she attained the CPA designation in 2016.
Her specialty has been etched in the ability to provide customized solutions to complex private sector tax and accounting related challenges and problems. Ling has more than eight years of experience in tax services, accounting, and management consulting and has helped many small businesses to grow by teaching them the fundamentals of business planning.
To satisfy her drive to utilize technology in assisting small and medium enterprises from all walks of life, she co-founded Cloudiverse CPA Inc.

Gagandeep Singh: Accounts Manager [CA (India), Ph.D., MBA and M.Com] a tech-savvy financial professional who has more than ten and a half years of extensive experience in corporate accounting, financial planning; business analysis. Believer of continuous learning, he completed his Ph.D. in business management and MBA in Finance after the successful accomplishment of the CA designation.
His professional experience includes working for some of the biggest MNCs such as HSBC (UK), Jones Lang LaSalle (USA), SERCO Global (UK), Videocon Telecom (India) etc. Always committed to bringing more value and profitability to clients’ business, he constantly works towards generating processes and systems that are conducive to the successful running and growth of the business.
His prowess lies in working smart and thinking creatively to optimally utilize business resources.

Kapil Sharma: Senior Accountant [BCOM,MBA]-With over a decade of experience and holding both a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA in Finance, Kapil is a seasoned finance professional who enriches our team .
His expertise spans various software platforms,including Xero, MYOB, APS, CCH, BGL, CRM, Bill.com, Turvo, and Ascend.
With a proven track record in financial accounting, tax preparation, and reconciliation processes, Kapil's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure the delivery of exceptional results for our clients.

Bigyan Adhikari: Senior Accountant [CPA (CANADA),CA (INDIA]-
Bigyan Adhikari is an accomplished finance expert who attained his CPA designation in 2025. He is highly skilled in tax compliance, internal audits, account reconciliation, and treasury management.
He excels in developing SOPs and financial planning strategies, managing working capital, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Parvesh Mittal (B.Com) is an experienced accounting professional with a strong foundation in managing core accounting operations and supporting well-controlled finance functions.
With hands-on experience across QuickBooks Online, Parvesh works on accounts receivable and payable, payroll, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and year-end working papers. He also supports GST/HST compliance, tax and payroll liability reconciliations, and audit-related requirements.
Parvesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and brings working knowledge of multiple accounting softwares , along with strong analytical and Excel skills. Nitin Jain (B.Com) is an accounting professional with experience supporting day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
He has hands-on exposure to financial statement preparation, general ledger review, accounts receivable and payable, and routine reconciliations. Nitin also assists with tax filings, statutory compliance, and audit-related requirements while working closely with the team.
